More than 25 years of environmental experience

  • Manages PMI’s real estate transaction services, including Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, asbestos surveys, lead based paint surveys, NEPA surveys, Environmental Impact Analysis, Brownfields studies, indoor air monitoring, site clean-up/remediation, and environmental grant funding for urban real estate development projects.
  • Works closely with local, state and federal environmental regulatory authorities, including proper site/facility permitting, development of site specific characterization parameters, establishment of site specific remediation criteria, and management of project work to ensure that project goals are met and regulatory approval is achieved
  • Transactional experience includes small single property commercial sites, large manufacturing facilities located at several different sites and states, and state/local Brownfields sites covering several locations and property types (commercial/industrial); work involved at these various sites includes remediation of impacted soil and groundwater, remediation of impacted building materials, proper characterization and disposal of regulated materials and wastes, design of remedial plans and alternatives, and negotiation with regulatory authorities to obtain a workable and cost efficient project design.
  • Has represented both purchasers and sellers of property, all with the commitment of achieving the client’s goals concerning their planned property development.
