Brad Wingfield is a civil engineer with 19 years of engineering experience, specializing in site design, water resources, and wastewater management. He has been the project lead for many types of projects, such as major embankment rehabilitations, streambank- and shoreline-erosion protection, hydraulic and hydrologic flood studies, and construction administration for public works projects. He specializes in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plant and process design, covering all aspects of biological and chemical/physical treatment processes. Mr. Wingfield has received several state ACEC Engineering Excellence Awards.
