PMI was awarded a general contract to construct a controlled release pond. The contact included a site-specific health and safety plan, stormwater pollution prevention plan, site clearing and stripping, over 100,000 cubic yards of earthwork completed with GPS equipment, compaction and permeability testing, 5 acres of cement stabilization, multiple concrete structures including a 30’ deep concrete sump, stormwater improvements and a series of pumps and piping with automated instrumentation.
