PMI provided engineering and environmental services for a subdivision bridge crossing along Isom Creek in Little Rock, AR.  Using HEC-RAS hydraulic modeling software, multiple crossing types and alignments were analyzed to determine the most cost-effective solution that would meet FEMA no-rise requirements.  In addition, USACE permitting was required due to the channelization of the stream at the bridge crossing.  PMI obtained FEMA CLOMR and LOMR permits and a USACE Section 404 Nationwide permit for this project.
