North Little Rock Development Project
PMI performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on 60 acres in North Little Rock. The assessment determined that the majority of the property was utilized as a horse training farm and a section of the property was used as a “spoil” site for a local utility company. Based on the findings, PMI performed a Phase II Limited Subsurface Investigation to assess for soil contamination.
In addition to the Phase I and Phase II, PMI conducted a wetland delineation on the property. Due to the presence of wetlands, PMI requested a 404 permit and assisted the client purchase wetland credits to offset the impact created by developing the property.
