PMI has been on the forefront of the design and installation of solar arrays throughout Arkansas.  Our design group assists with the environmental feasibility during project development and transitions to the civil design once the site is selected. PMI also performs Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), wetlands assessments, FEMA coordination, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permitting, and civil construction for some of the sites.
