PMI provided a wetland and stream delineation for the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR) for a proposed utility line crossing along Coleman Creek. The delineation was used to calculate impacts to jurisdictional waters and apply for a United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Nationwide Permit. The permit report included correspondence between PMI and The United States Fish and Wildlife Service concerning threatened and endangered species and correspondence between PMI and The Arkansas Historic Preservations Program concerning cultural resources. The UALR was issued a USACE Nationwide Permit to perform the utility line crossing.
